Terms and Conditions

Thank you for booking with BICI Travel & Tours.  In order to avoid any confusion and enable us to provide you the level of service that you deserve, please not the following terms and conditions.

Booking:  All booking must be made in writing by completing and signing the Hajj & Umrah Reservation Form and must include full names of travellers as stated in the passport

Deposit:  A non-refundable deposit of $500 for Hajj or $150 for Umrah is required at the time of reservation

Balance Payment:  All balance amounts is due before sending the application to the embassy for visa stamping

Rates:  Al rates are in Canadian Dollars, as indicated.  Rates are inclusive of hotel taxes and service charges and all other services as outlined in the chosen itinerary

Amendment and Cancellation: any amendment or cancellation must be in writing and will be effective form the time it is received at BICI Travel & Tours Inc. during normal working days.

In a view of the unprecedented rush and peak season of travel to/from Saudi Arabia during the hajj season it may not always be possible to amend flights and dates required by the travellers.  Cancellation or change fees, levied by carriers and ground operators will be the responsibility of the passengers.

Cancellation charges (applies only for hajj reservation):

45 - 59 days prior to Travel Date                       $500
31 – 44 days prior to Travel Date                        75%
30 Days and less and/or No Show              100% Cancellation

Liability:  BICI Ontario Canada Ltd. O/a BICI Travel & Tours makes arrangements with airlines, hotels and ground operators to provide the travel services purchased.  Although we take care in selecting these suppliers, we have no control over them, therefore, cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions.  The travel services [provided are subjected to the applicable provincial Travel Industry Acts and Regulations there under and are subjected to the conditions imposed by these suppliers and their liability is limited by their tariffs, conditions or carriage, tickets and vouchers.

BICI Travel & Tours shall not be responsible for any loss, inconvenience, disappointment, distress or frustration, damage or injury, whether physical or mental, or to property, resulting from any delay, overbooking of seats by airlines, substitution or deficiency of quality of equipments or services, or any act, omission, negligence, or commission of any party supplying any of the services of accommodation, its agents, servants employees and subcontractors.  Further BICI Travel & Tours shall not be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost of expense, arising out of personal injury, accident or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, resulting from acts of God, fire, sickness, theft, labour disputes, mechanical breakdown, government actions, regulations and formalities, epidemic, quarantine by health authorities, weather, failure to follow instructions, missing any part of the package, missing persons due to their negligence of delay at any time during the Hajj Tour, failure to show up at appointed place and time for the group, improper visas or documents, refusal by Saudi Embassy to issue Hajj visas, or any other cause beyond the direct control of BICI Travel & Tours.
